Appointments
I strongly recommed that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your appointment.

Cancellations and No Shows
I require 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment without charge. No shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate of the service booked.

Cell Phones and Pagers
In consideration of others receiving services, please turn down or set your cell phones to vibrate.

Gratuities
Gratuities are cheerfully accepted and not included in the price of service. If you are happy with your services it is customary to give 15-20%.

Checks
I accept checks with 2 forms of identification. Checks should be made payable to Martine Langsam. There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks.

Merchandise Returns
Returned merchandise will be graciously accepted within 30 days for in-salon credit only, no cash or credit card refunds. I can not accept returns on any open or used makeup, any product that has been used 50% or more, any sale and/or discontinued item.

Prices Subject to Change
Service prices listed are minimum prices. Price may go up depending on the amount of product used or work needing to be done.
